Choose a delivery location

Arrange the handover
Provide your flight number, terminal if known and arrival time. Keep a contact number available. Our team will confirm the meeting point and collection arrangements.
Collecting the keys
After collecting your luggage, go to the agreed meeting point. Show the required documents, check the car’s condition, fuel and mileage with the agent, and review the agreement. Allow time for payment and deposit formalities.
Documents to bring
Bring ID, a valid licence held for at least one year and the requested payment documents. Additional drivers must also be declared and show their documents. Read the document guide and rental conditions.
Late arrivals or delayed flights
