Roads to Saidia (N17): recent, motorway-quality, 4 lanes. Fast and comfortable trip.
Algerian border closed since 1994 — our vehicles cannot cross (impossible anyway)
Eastern Rif (Tafoughalt, Cape of Three Forks): winding mountain roads. SUV recommended.
Summer (June-August): very hot in Oujda (40°C+), Saidia coast more pleasant
Winter: mild, ideal for visiting. Possible rain in March-April.

About 60 km, 1h drive via N17 (motorway). Saidia is known for its 14 km Mediterranean beach — ideal for a day or weekend trip. Our sedan fleet is perfect for this route.

Can I cross the Algerian border with your vehicle?

No. The Morocco-Algeria border has been closed since 1994. Plus, our terms forbid any exit from Moroccan territory (article 3). No exception possible.

Are there difficult roads around Oujda?

Main roads (Saidia, Berkane, Nador) are excellent. Roads to the eastern Rif (Tafoughalt, Beni Snassen) are winding and mountainous — an SUV is recommended. See our vehicle guide.

April-June and September-October. Summer (July-August) is very hot (40°C+) in Oujda but pleasant in Saidia (coast). Winter is mild but can be rainy.

Can I return the car in another city?

Yes, inter-city return is possible. Oujda is far from the rest of Morocco (530 km from Fes, 700 km from Casa) — higher transport fees. Specify at booking for a quote.
